As our Asset Management & Performance Manager, reporting to our Head of Network Transformation & Investment, you will oversee our entire asset management process from start to finish.

Continuous improvement is critical in this role, so improving the resilience and reliability of our assets and network will be your key focus.


If you are an expert in your field where you feel comfortable engaging at the highest level while developing and implementing processes and strategies to ensure optimized long-term asset management decisions are made, you'll want to know more.

The role:

  • Provision of our asset management function, including network performance insights, improvement initiatives and a risk management approach
  • Refining and validating existing asset management objectives and intervention strategies
  • Implement and justify wholeoflife strategies for now, and in the future
  • Foster a positive, customer focused environment through teambased learning
  • Contribute to the development of the Asset Management Plan

About you:

  • Relevant qualification with a depth of experience in an asset management role, preferable in power distribution network environment
  • Proven leadership experience creating an open, resilient, engaged and highperforming team
  • Strategic and analytical thinking the ability to move with ease from a strategic perspective to a detailed technical level
  • Ability to translate information relevant to a particular audience
