Ngā pūmanawatanga ōu - What you will bring

  • Sound knowledge and experience of contract management processes
  • Experience in an operational/delivery role ideally in commercial/financial management of contracts and/or financial or management accountancy background
  • Demonstrated experience at an advisory level, analysing data/information and providing recommendations
  • Proven sound commercial acumen with experience in understanding operational and financial reports
  • Knowledge and experience of property maintenance management and demonstrated ability to work efficiently in busy high volume environments
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate and influence stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills with the proven ability to build and maintain working relationships
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, particularly the ability to communicate clearly, concisely and in plain language
  • Sound judgement, discretion and proven ability to plan, prioritise and work under pressure
  • Enthusiastic selfstarter who is adaptable to changing demands and able to prioritise work to meet business requirements
  • Positive team player who works well within a team and also autonomously within assigned portfolios
  • Desirable to have Commercial and Contract Management (CCM) certification at Practitioner level or International Association for Contract and Commercial Management (IACCM)
