Service Desk Team Leader

Are you an experienced tech professional with a knack for service delivery? Do you enjoy working in a dynamic environment? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you We're looking for a Service Desk Team Leader who can guide our team to success.

Key responsibilities

  • Service delivery: Ensure the delivery of highquality services, meeting targets and maintaining performance.
  • Incident management: Take charge of incident management, handling critical incidents and requests.
  • Team management: Lead a team of professionals, creating a positive and productive work environment.
  • Process improvement: Identify enhancements to service delivery processes and work towards reducing service incidents.
  • Stakeholder engagement: Work with business stakeholders to establish robust support services for new systems.
Your skills

  • A strong focus on service delivery and improvement.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships.
  • Proficient analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Relevant technical experience in a support environment.

Qualifications:

  • ITIL foundation qualification, preferably practitioner.
