Starting early June this role will keep you busy for the next 6 months and located in Greenlane you will be supporting employees who have suffered injuries, assisting them to return back to work safely.


Duties include:


Managing referrals into the department and supplying managers and staff advice helping to facilitate a return to work or stay at work plan.

Help provide comprehensive assessments and outcome focussed care by applying evidence-based practice, interventions and education to staff and family to help them manage a safe return to work
Assist with Occupational Health, Rehabilitation and Ergonomic advice to staff and managers
Help with quality, cost-effective outcomes working within the ACC Partnership Programme
Develop and manage positive and lasting working relationships with employees and managers
Assistive with constructive training and education to help prevent work related injuries
Assist with other duties as required.

To be considered you will ideally have:
Experience working within Occupational Health and return to work case management
A working knowledge of the ACC Act and good understanding of the HSE Act
Experience working within a large complex organisation is an advantage
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written and the ability to build constructive working relationships with both employees and managers
A qualification in rehabilitation, health or related discipline is an advantage
Flexibility to take on a variety of tasks
