Excellent opportunity to support Waka Kotahi leaders by producing reporting and analytics to help drive business decisions Te Whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity If you are a self-starter, super inquisitive and not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty in data then carry-on reading We are seeking an experienced Digital Performance Analyst to join our growing Te Aukaha | Digital Group.

If you are seeking an opportunity that will allow you to work with project and programme managers and finance group to produce business analysis, reporting, and analytics to help drive business decisions in our program and project space then this role is for you.

In this role you will support programme and project managers in ensuring compliance with project processes, financial management processes and PMO requirements in terms of reporting.

You will partner with Digital leaders and other teams, using insights to proactively identify opportunities or enable better decision making.

You will also analyse data sets and present insights in a visually compelling manner, with action-oriented recommendations that answer key business questions.

A key part of this role is working with a variety of stakeholders so you will be a keen collaborator and enjoy connecting with others.

  • Evidenced experience of processing and deriving value from large datasets
  • Analytical with excellent problemsolving skills
  • Proven experience of program and project reporting to various stakeholders.
  • Experience in the use of analytic tools (Power BI, Excel, Planview) or other project management software
  • Basic financial understanding to support program and project planning
  • Ability to identify trends, uncover opportunities and presenting insights
  • Data storytelling to a nontechnical/data literate audience and senior stakeholders
  • An outcomesoriented individual, comfortable working with productled and agile teams
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, you build great relationships at all levels of the organisation
  • Selfmotivated with great organisation skills, you can adapt to changing or competing priorities
