Job Description:

An opportunity has arisen for an Apparel DC Manager.

Reporting to the Tribe Lead - Supply Chain Execution, you will ensure the Apparel Distribution Centre is engaged to deliver and maintain the balanced scorecard.

You will maintain a strong relationship with our main third party transport provider as well as driving productivity and delivering results to a high standard through effective leadership practices.

Drawing on your toolkit of skills and proven experience your other key objectives will be:

  • Experienced people leader looking for an opportunity to lead a team in supply chain.
  • Operational focused, labour, productivity with a strength in data analysis and action oriented kind of actions/outcomes.
  • To implement operational leadership of day to day supply activity while supporting key squad and sprint objectives/activities quarter by quarter.
  • Lead, grow and develop a team to highperformance outcomes.
  • Drive strong health, safety, and wellbeing culture.

Qualifications:

  • Ideally, you will have a minimum of 3+ years of Logistics/fulfillment experience as well as 3+ years from within the Retail/Consumer industry.
  • You will be able to demonstrate DC management best practices.
  • Experience with WMS or software implementation would be incredibly valuable.
  • Strong people leadership experience including developing team culture and capability.
  • You will have experience with budget ownership.
  • You will have experience working in a fastpaced and everchanging environment.
  • You will show excellent commercial acumen and stakeholder management influencing skills
