Present the Nights programme, 7pm to midnight, in a knowledgeable and entertaining style, always engaging with your audience, and being interactive with them.


You will:

  • Conduct both live and recorded interviews
  • Generate, contribute and execute original ideas to stimulate audience engagement on radio & online
  • Push the creative thinking on all elements of the show, including story and guest selection and new regular benchmark segments
  • Help drive the production values of the live show, along with imaging and promos

Ōu Pūkenga - About You

The ideal person will have:

  • A strong knowledge of NZ music and popular culture as well as a broad knowledge of national and international current affairs
  • Passion and drive to identify great stories and guests with the Nights EP and Nights producer
  • An ability to turn stories into compelling content for both broadcast and digital platforms
  • A wealth of proven live radio presentation & content generation experience in talk formats
  • Thorough understanding of online and social media requirements
  • Be a great team player
