TheOpportunity

We're searching for a driven individual whohas a passion for enabling customer relationship management through technologyto steer us forward and champion the use of CRM within our organisation. This role offers a unique opportunity to blend your affinity fortechnology, change, and stakeholder engagement into one role.

We're looking for a thought leader to champion best practiceand engage with stakeholders across the business and across all stages of thelifecycle. Your remit is to innovate,design, document and develop the future of our CRM system and extend this to all corners of the globe.The possibilities and opportunities with this role and at Gallagher are almostendless.

The Fit

You'll have a strong background in differentCRM system implementations, configuration, and optimization within complexenterprise environments. You'll excel as a strategic partner for the business,renowned for your adept communication and relationship-building abilities. Youwill be a natural at balancing and combining your technical competence with a deepunderstanding of the sales and account management process.

You'll bring with you a continuous improvement mindset and passionatelyinvest in staying up to date with the latest trends, technologies, and bestpractices in the CRM space.

Some of the keys skills and experiences we'relooking for:

  • Strong understanding of customer and account managementprocesses within large global enterprise organisations.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering CRMrelated projects within enterprise environments.
  • Experience in complex environments which involvemultiple systems and the need for integration.
  • Excellent analytical skills with strong attention todetail; excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaborateeffectively in a team environment.
