Te tūranga - The roleWorking as part of the Strategy Performance and Enterprise Delivery Directorate, the Strategy, Planning and Performance team is all about enabling our people to effectively define, plan and deliver on our objectives and strategic priorities for the well-being and prosperity of New Zealanders.

The team are ambassadors for cultural and behavioural change internally and externally and use their influencing skills and sharp focus on what needs to be achieved for Aotearoa to support the work taking place within the Reserve Bank.

In this role, you'll work as part of a team of trusted Advisers to support the Governor, senior leaders, and other internal stakeholders on key projects.

You'll be involved in strategy development, business planning and helping to coordinate the drafting of our corporate accountability documents. To view the position description, click here.
