8 April 2023Are you an experienced medical receptionist or a general receptionist looking to move into the medical sector? An excellent opportunity has arisen with a private medical clinic located in Takapuna.

Starting asap this role is full time hours either opening the clinic or closing the clinic (Hours between 6.34am - 6.30pm).

This cover is for aprox 6-8 weeks but possibly longer.

Duties include:

  • Meet and Greet of Patients coming in for clinics
  • Fielding phone calls
  • Updating details and making bookings
  • Taking payments
  • ACC forms
  • Other adhoc duties as required.

To be considered you would ideally have:

  • Proven medical or general reception experience
  • Intermediate to advanced MS office and the ability to pick up new systems quickly
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Flexibility to assist with a variety of tasks
