We have an exciting new opportunity starting ASAP for the next 3-6 months and likely longer, with possible permanent opportunities later in the year. Our client, a busy large private medical clinic in Greenlane is looking for an experienced Medical Reception/Administrator to assist a busy and supportive team.   Located near Ascot Hospital you will be part of a tight team with a well-established organisation.They have parking nearby which is covered in the role.  This role is full time hours Monday to Friday working an 8 hours shift between 7.30 - 5.30pm Duties include: Clinic preparation - booking appointmentsBooking patient surgeries Checking and editing patient lettersEmail management Reception duties (backup) Updating details and making bookings Managing the referrals coming throughACC forms and Southern Cross pre-approvals Liaising with external health providers Other adhoc duties as required. To be considered you would ideally have: 2 years plus Proven medical clinic reception/administration experience (private practice an advantage) Professional and friendly manner with both patients and internal staff Excellent communication skillsGood MS office knowledge and the ability to pick up new systems quicklyGood IT skills The ability to work to deadlines and take on a variety of tasksAbility to work well within a team Flexibility to assist with a variety of tasks If this sounds like you, Apply nowPlease note as this role has potential to turn into a permanent opportunity only those with NZ residency or citizenship can be considered.
