This might just be for you We have a prime opportunity for a Logistics Coordinator who is keen to learn about our business, apply themselves and gain valuable experience

This is a full time, 1 year fixed-term position with a guaranteed minimum of 40 hours and up to 50 hours per week required.

The hours would be rostered between 3:00pm to 1:00am Monday to Friday, with additional hours if required. This position is nightshift only.

Location:Neilson Street, Auckland

Status: Full Time one-year fixed term

Duties:

Your primary function will be to coordinate the movement and flow of containers throughout the depot whilst maintaining data integrity and professionally communicating with both internal and external stakeholders.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Processing trucks in and out of the yard using our own in-house booking system
  • Directing and instructing truck driver movements in the yard
  • Assisting with internal and external enquiries
  • Communicating yard movements with ground staff via RT
