Reporting to our National Warehouse Manager and working within our Supply Chain team, we have an opportunity (based in Rolleston) for a National Warehouse Coordinator to join the team on a fixed term basis (approximately 12-18 months) to provide cover for the current incumbent's secondment onto an internal project team.


The National Warehouse Coordinator will assist the National Warehouse Manager with the coordination of internal and 3PL warehouses and complete system and administration duties related to the warehousing operations functions.


More specifically, this role will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining Warehouse, Supply Chain & Promapp processes & Training Manuals
  • Being a power user of Westland Milk's ERP and WMS systems and able to train others on best practices
  • The completion of Supply Chain Business Reporting
  • Health and Safety administration at the Rolleston site

Ideally applicants will possess:

  • A background in IT, office administration and accounts related services
  • Broad computer IT skills including Microsoft Word and Excel capability as well as experience working within an ERP system (preferably AX)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to exhibit a strong customer focus
  • An ability to deal with customers and suppliers in a courteous manner
  • The ability to work in an environment that often involves interruptions and distractions
  • A flexible and adaptable approach, able to work under pressure, and be responsive to organisational contingencies as they arise
  • The ability to work cooperatively as part of a small but dynamic team demonstrating the key 5E leadership behaviours (Empower, Energize, Enable, Envision and Execute)
  • The ability to consistently reach goals established seeking to constantly improve performance by setting goals that are challenging but are attainable
  • A professional approach and the ability to maintain the strictest confidentiality of company sensitive information at all times
  • A positive attitude towards ERP systems and the ability to make sure the team understands and values the use of the ERP and WMS systems
