As a part of this role, you'll play a pivotal part in educating and inspiring the public about the impactful work carried out by IHC, benefiting thousands of individuals across New Zealand.

IHC is committed to providing crucial support and services to individuals with intellectual disabilities and their families in local communities nationwide.

Your role will be instrumental in fostering our monthly giving initiative, the Smile Club, along with our Calf & Rural Scheme and supporting our invaluable donors.

  • Customer and donor relations expertise with effective communication skills.
  • Proficient in telephone response, adept at managing customer inquiries.

  • Demonstrated respect and understanding for diverse cultural backgrounds.
  • Experience in the hospitality industry, outstanding verbal and written communication skills, a team player who collaborates well, selfmotivated, and proactive in taking initiative.
