Mövenpick Auckland is currently on the looking for a Front Office superstars wishing to expand their knowledge in a luxury hotel environment as
_Guest Service Agent/ Reservations Agent.

_

  • Greet, checkin, respond to requests and settle accounts while providing exceptional service
  • To action all reservations request following the accurate hotel reservations policy
  • Take initiative to add a personalized experience
  • Proudly promote the hotel facilities, looking for opportunities to enhance a guest's stay through upselling

Qualifications

  • First impressions are everything As a Guest Service Agent/ Reservations Agent you will take care of the guests from the moment they arrive through to their departure by ensuring they have a memorable experience with us
  • An outgoing and approachable nature with the ability to build relationships.
  • Ideally, you will have previous front line customer service experience
  • Experience with Opera PMS system advantageous
  • Exceptional personal presentation, articulate verbal communication and excellent telephone manner
