  • We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Planning Intern with a great attitude to come and join the team in our Hamilton office.
Do you have a good understanding of the Resource Management Act 1991, a willingness to learn, a desire to succeed and a lot of self-motivation? If this sounds like you, we want you to join us working on an array of projects that will help prepare you for your final year of study and gain some work experience to kick-start your career.

Get involved in the delivery of resource management services to a broad range of public and private sector clients and provide planning support to our existing teams.

Be supported by skilled planning mentors and have the opportunity to draw upon the expertise of the wider 4Sight - Part of SLR teams from our offices across New Zealand.

There's even the chance to work alongside our other internal specialists, such as Contaminated Land Specialists, Ecologists and Landscape Architects.

We expect the successful Summer Intern to be working with us from the end of November 2023 through to mid/end of February 2024 (flexible around your course end and start dates).
