This senior front of house role is offered on a casual basis, providing the right candidate the flexibility to manage their own hours.
Responsibilities include:
Leading all size of events in Auckland's iconic venues.
Managing and controlling beverage service on events, in accordance with the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012.
Providing leadership and guidance to staff in matters related to the supply and sale of alcohol.
Building and maintaining positive and effective working relationships with clients and venue representatives.
Inspiring, motivating and driving a positive and collaborative culture for our front of house team.
We are looking for someone with:
A current Manager's Certificate.
A clear understanding of the responsibilities when serving, supplying and selling alcohol.
Personality +++
Confidence, calm and quick thinking in nature - a true leader who can connect with colleagues and clients alike.
Confidence to deliver high-profile and complex multifaceted events.
Clear communication and great English language skills.
Experience in a large-scale catering environment.
Flexibility to work events in the evenings and weekends.
