  • Do you enjoy working collaboratively with leaders and the judicial officers?


This is an exciting opportunity within the Te Tiratū team, which works to provide direction and support to the national operation of the Māori Land Court.


In this role you will:

  • Have national oversight for scheduling and providing strategic leadership to all scheduling functions
  • Drive national consistency and deliver improved scheduling outcomes with benefits to the justice sector, stakeholders, judicial officers and court users
  • Help identify smart ways to communicate so that the right people understand the progress, risks and opportunities
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to build scheduling capacity within registries.

We are looking for people with:

  • A good general knowledge of, and respect for, tikanga Māori and competence in, or a willingness to become competent in, Te Reo Māori
  • Technical and functional expertise in scheduling practices
  • Proven ability to identify opportunities and implement new initiatives to deliver benefits for the business
  • Experience communicating with senior audiences and the judiciary
  • Ability to see and convey the big picture while knowing how to achieve long term change.

The appointing salary for this role will be between $77,128 and $108,887 based on skills and experience.
