Agile Delivery Lead.
As an Agile Delivery Lead, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful delivery of a complex and large-scale portfolio of work utilising Agile methodologies.
You will ensure alignment with business strategies, stakeholder expectations, and customer needs while empowering and supporting delivery teams to deliver high-quality products and services iteratively and incrementally.
Reporting to the SAP Applications & Delivery Manager your responsibilities will include; -
- Lead the delivery of initiatives or portfolio by aligning vision, goals, and objectives with business strategies, stakeholder expectations, and customer needs.
- Act as a Release Train Engineer (RTE) to coordinate and synchronize the work of multiple Agile teams within a program or portfolio.
- Preparing and Orchestrating Big Room (PI) Planning and Sessions
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders, team leads, and other relevant parties to optimize resource planning across the domain to ensure efficient allocation of talent and expertise.
- Manage dependencies, risks, and impediments to ensure smooth delivery execution.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and accountability within delivery teams.
