What you'll do

  • The key focus of this role will be to improve processes used to capture information and provide task specific assistance support to Network Services staff.
  • You will be responsible for driving information standards within our asset management system Maximo, and carrying out business improvement initiatives and quality assurance tasks.
  • You will provide analysis to improve Network Services reliability by maximising system and data efficiencies.

What you'll need

  • 35 years, experience in business analysis, support and improvement, strategic planning, process analysis and design.
  • Proven ability to understanding of operational process and constrains as well as setting up SOPs
  • Proven record of excellent people skills, including good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to proactively engage with business leaders and staff to promote continuous improvement and business change.
