The Client Service Coordinator is a client facing role responsible for providing service to the Accredited Practitioners (AP) network.This network is made up people who work as either external consultants running their own businesses or internal consultants inside organisations, across New Zealand.
Providing a client focused service by understanding client needs and providing accurate and complete information through solving problems and processing transactions in a professional and timely manner.

The role:
- Coordinate survey projects from beginning to end
- Producing reports and analysing data using inhouse software
- Dealing with any queries from clients or survey participants
- Database maintenance and general office duties, including couriering material
- Some design and production of publications using Adobe InDesign
- Dealing with customer inquiries and co ordinating the consultants' diaries for appointments
- Accreditation administration part of it)
- Organising PD sessions (venues & catering in Auckland and Christchurch) and communicating with the attendees.

Microsoft Office Package:
