Role & Responsibilities

Solution Design and Implementation:Work closely with internal Customer Experience team to understand business objectives, target audience segments, and campaign requirements, translating customer experience strategies into actionable plans within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

User Training and Support: Ensure users can effectively use the Marketing Cloud platform and create documentation of the implemented solutions.

Platform Management and Optimization: Review and streamline business processes. You will also monitor Salesforce updates and industry trends to stay current with Marketing Cloud capabilities and potential enhancements for our organization.

Continuous Improvement:Actively and continuously provide feedback and suggestions for improvement on the ways of working and provide input to the development of work plans, team goals and participates in decision making processes.

Qualifications & Experience
- A qualification in a related discipline preferred (such as Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science), or equivalent practical experience
Knowledge / Experience:
- 5+ years of experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud in a handson capacity.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing strategies.
- Experience with data management, segmentation, and targeting within Marketing Cloud.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with crossfunctional teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
