**Te kāinga rua | The opportunity**
The Southern region is experiencing significant growth, redevelopment, and infrastructure re-build, making this a unique opportunity to make a difference across the region. You will be part of a growing, diverse team of asset managers, cost managers and project managers, delivering consulting services across some of the largest growth projects in region including defence, water, education and community projects and transport and infrastructure developments.
More particularly, with a significant programme of works secured for condition assessment across a nationally distributed portfolio we have the opportunity for an experienced Asset Manager to join our Southern team and grow your Asset Management consulting career as part of the Beca Project Strategy and Delivery team. You will work on a diverse range of client projects and portfolios in the Southern region and nationally, with the opportunity to significantly develop your asset advisory career.

We are looking for a highly motivated experienced professional with a real passion for asset management. A background or education in any of the following areas will position you well for the career opportunities we offer;
- Asset or facilities management,
- Construction,
- Engineering,
- Architecture,
- Data analytics
You will enjoy working in and leading teams, that are able to work autonomously and who are all passionate about learning, thinking laterally and delivering. You will have the ability to connect with others (both team members and external clients) and be able to describe complex methods and concepts in simple terms. You will enjoy building relationships and understand asset delivery requirements, as well as displaying sound, robust commercial judgement.
Ultimately this is a key role to strengthen the leadership of our Southern Project Strategy & Delivery and Asset Advisory business. We are looking for a driven and commercially minded professional consultant with a collaborative approach, who is credible. You will be part of a close-knit team who like to have fun along the way, so a good sense of humour will hold you in good stead.
