We are recruiting a Financial Accountant for our large, well-established national organisation. This is a permanent position suited to someone who is methodical, accuracy-driven, and looking for long-term stability in a supportive team environment.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys core accounting work — accruals, reconciliations, journals, month-end processes — and takes pride in getting the details right. If you prefer steady, structured work over high-pressure change environments, this is the role for you.

The Role:

You'll join a sizeable finance team responsible for ensuring accurate, compliant financial reporting across a group of centres nationwide.

Your day-to-day work will include:

  • Preparing accruals, prepayments, and journalsCompleting balance sheet and bank reconciliation's
  • Month-end and year-end support
  • Assisting with financial reporting and audit requirements
  • Working closely with internal teams to maintain clean, accurate accounts
  • Ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures
  • This is a busy but predictable role in a highly stable organisation where accuracy and consistency matter.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a Financial Accountant within a medium–large organisation
  • Strong attention to detail and a methodical, process-driven approach
  • Confident with accruals, reconciliations, journals, and month-end
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • A team player that also values routine, structure, and reliability
  • Trustworthy and contributes positively within a large finance team
