Are you passionate about window treatments and creating beautiful spaces? Comber and Comber Interiors, a leading Christchurch design hub, is seeking a motivated Window Treatments Consultant to join our Drape It Team. This is a full-time role offering the chance to work in a dynamic, creative environment with opportunities for professional growth.

Comber and Comber Interiors is a one-stop design and retail hub, offering complete interior solutions from window treatments to design, homestaging, and furniture packages. Our Drape It Team delivers bespoke, high-quality drapes, blinds, shades, and shutters that transform homes. We value craftsmanship, innovation, and exceptional client experiences, and we're looking for someone who shares our passion.

What You'll Do:

  • Consult with clients to create tailored window treatment solutions that elevate their interiors
  • Build lasting client relationships through expert advice, follow-ups, and outstanding service
  • Collaborate with our Design Team on projects, learning from experienced interior professionals
  • Stay ahead of trends in fabrics, window treatments, and design to offer informed guidance
  • Contribute to business growth by identifying opportunities in both new and existing projects

What We're Looking For:

  • A passion or interest in window treatments: drapes, blinds, shades, shutters, or similar products
  • Experience with window treatments is a strong advantage
  • Proven ability or confidence in sales, with a focus on building trust and delivering great client outcomes
  • A Certificate in Interior Design is beneficial but not essential
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to advise and inspire clients
  • Knowledge of interior design, fabrics, and styling is highly desirable
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a supportive team environment
  • Valid driver's license
