Role Overview

As an STMS (Practising), you'll lead traffic management crews to ensure roadwork and event sites run safely and efficiently. You'll manage on-site operations, communicate with contractors and clients, and mentor team members across Southland.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily traffic-management operations
  • Maintain site safety and compliance with national standards
  • Communicate effectively with contractors and stakeholders
  • Support, train, and motivate team members
  • Manage incident response and reporting
