As a Site Traffic Management Supervisor (STMS), you will play a leadership role in the planning, coordination and on-site delivery of temporary traffic management across road environments. You will also:

• Oversee all aspects of worksite operations including vehicle & equipment checks, crew briefings, site inductions, validation of TMPs, installation and removal of traffic management setups and complete all required documentation.

• Implement contingency plans and ensure HSE procedures are followed.

• Train and upskill our Temporary Traffic Management Workers (TTMW), Traffic Management Operatives (TMO) and STMS trainees.

• Ensure the safety of the Downer crew, subbies, and the general public.

• Act as the primary on-site TTM Contact for stakeholders.

As an STMS, you will be a physically fit and motivated person and will bring with you –

• Full Class 1 & 2 Drivers License

• First Aid Certification would be highly desirable

• TTM Unit Standards

• Extensive experience in temporary traffic management with a strong record in leading TTM delivery and overseeing unattended site management

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Flexibility and adaptability are desirable given you will be required to work shift work

• Show commitment to safe work practises

• A drive and performance mindset
