What is the role?
Are you a hands-on problem solver with a knack for logistics and a love for keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes? We're on the lookout for a Full-Time Spare Parts and Warehouse Specialist to join our small but mighty Auckland warehouse team
Reporting to the Warehouse Team Lead and working closely with our National Facilities Manager, this role is perfect for someone who's organised, technically minded, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing inventory - ordering, stocktaking, and keeping our warehouse humming
- Coordinating local logistics for games and spare parts
- Owning digital systems like our Fault Log and Consumables App
- Handling warranty claims and parts payments (POs, follow-ups, the works)
- Calculating landed costs for sea and air freight
- Sourcing parts locally and supporting project needs
- Building strong relationships with internal teams and external suppliers
What You'll Bring:
- A hands-on attitude and sharp eye for detail
- Great communication and a knack for solving problems creatively
- Flexibility to adapt and juggle competing priorities
- Tertiary qualifications in logistics/procurement or 2+ years' experience in a similar role
- Intermediate Excel and computer skills
- A current forklift license
- Reliability, honesty, and a strong work ethic
- Industry awareness and a passion for delivering remarkable results
