Concierge

We have an exciting opportunity for a Concierge to join the Precinct team to provide excellent customer service to our clients, their employees and guests within PwC Tower.

The Role:

We are looking for a well-presented Concierge to work within our PwC Tower site. The Concierge role is diverse and exciting with no two days the same. As Concierge you are responsible for establishing effective business relationships with clients and providing excellent customer service to them, their employees and their guests. You will be responsible for responding to and actioning client job requests, raising jobs with contractors and taking an ownership approach to managing and maintaining the lobby areas. Working alongside the Asset Manager and Senior Facilities Manager, you will be continually looking at ways to improve the experience for all guests to PwC Tower while ensuring high standards of both customer service and cleanliness are met, for anybody accessing the tower.

This role is perfect for a front-of-house superstar who loves meeting and greeting and providing a high level of customer service.

Key responsibilities:

• Providing a professional and friendly client service experience for anybody accessing PwC Tower
• Responding and actioning client job requests and raising jobs with contractors
• Acting as a Fire Warden for PwC Tower and Jarden House and helping manage evacuations
• Proactively looking at ways to enhance the guest experience for anybody who accesses PwC Tower
• Ensuring health and safety obligations are fulfilled
• Managing client complaints and enquiries in a proactive, friendly and helpful manner

Here's what we need from you:

Excellent customer focus and service delivery skills are two of the key attributes required, as is exceptional personal presentation and strong written and oral communication skills. You must be able to proactively problem solve and have a genuine desire to strive for excellence, work well within a team, multi-task and manage multiple stakeholder relationships.

You will be proficient using Microsoft Office and ideally have a minimum of three years' experience in a customer services role. You should also be able to demonstrate your ability to problem solve and remain calm while balancing the many demands and requirements of stakeholders.
