**A bit about us**

The Grand by SkyCity is a 5 star luxury Hotel and is one of New Zealand's most popular hotels, located in the heart of SkyCity. We are very busy and an amazing opportunity has arisen to become a vital part of our dedicated Concierge team.

**A bit about the role**:
The Concierge coordinates and supervises the day-to-day concierge operations to ensure the highest level of service delivery to guests. They plan resources and allocate work assignments, coordinate concierge activities, handle operational issues and takes on concierge duties as needed. They act as a role model to drive service culture within the team. They monitor service quality and guest satisfaction, resolve guests' concerns and feedback, and implements innovation and improvement plans for continuous improvement.

**A bit about you**:
Your excellent communication skills, genuine passion for the hotel industry and people will be vital and previous experience in a similar role, preferably within a 4 or 5 star environment. This is your chance to step up in your career as a Concierge and make your mark at one of New Zealand's most popular hotels.
