Who we are looking for

We have an immediate opening for a Senior Contract React Developer to work on several key projects and an exciting prototype project. The ideal candidate will be able to build a clean, maintainable frontend while working directly with customers Development and UX/Product teams and collaborating with senior developers on an architectural approach.   As a React Developer you are an integral part of an agile team that works to enhance, build, and deliver trusted market-leading technology products in a secure, stable, and scalable way. As a core technical contributor, you are responsible for conducting critical technology solutions across multiple technical areas within various business functions in support of the firm's business objectives.

Job responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop high-quality web applications using React libraries.
  • Implementing state management solutions to handle data flow within the application.
  • Collaborate with designers to translate Figma designs into functional UI components.
  • Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance.
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to team growth.
  • Adds to team culture of diversity, opportunity, inclusion, and respect

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 10+ years applied experience
  • Expert proficiency in React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
  • Strong understanding of Figma and other design tools.
  • Experience with responsive and adaptive design principles.
  • Knowledge of version control systems like Git.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Good understanding of accessibility standards and best practices.
  • Practical cloud native experience
