About the Role

We are looking for a
Senior Mobile Developer
with strong hands-on experience in
Flutter, Dart, and React Native
to design and deliver scalable, high-performance mobile solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in integrating native SDKs (Swift, Java/Kotlin), optimizing app performance, and managing CI/CD pipelines using
Azure DevOps
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain mobile applications using
    Flutter
    and
    React Native
    frameworks.
  • Build and integrate native SDKs using
    Swift
    and
    Java/Kotlin
    .
  • Implement efficient
    state management
    using Riverpod or similar frameworks.
  • Configure and manage
    CI/CD pipelines
    with
    Azure DevOps
    for mobile app delivery.
  • Work with
    AWS
    services (especially
    Amazon Connect
    ) for backend integration.
  • Implement
    unit
    ,
    widget
    , and
    integration testing
    following TDD best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship high-quality features.
  • Troubleshoot performance issues and optimize app performance.
  • Manage version control and monorepo setup using
    Melos
    and
    Git
    workflows.

Required Skills & Experience
Flutter & Dart

  • 2+ years of
    production Flutter
    development experience.
  • Expert knowledge of Flutter widgets, animations, and performance tuning.
  • Strong command of
    Dart
    language features, async programming, and architecture patterns.
  • Hands-on with
    state management
    (Riverpod, Provider, etc.).

Native Platform Development

  • Experience with
    Swift
    for iOS plugin development.
  • Proficiency in
    Java/Kotlin
    for Android plugin development.
  • Understanding of platform channels and native module integration.
  • Familiarity with
    Xcode
    and
    Gradle
    build systems.

React Native Integration

  • Proven experience in
    React Native
    app development.
  • Knowledge of
    Flutter module
    integration into React Native projects.
  • Understanding of the
    React Native bridge architecture
    .

Real-Time & Networking

  • Implementation of
    WebSocket
    -based communication.
  • Strong experience with
    RESTful APIs
    , error handling, and security.
  • Exposure to
    AWS services
    (e.g., Amazon Connect).

Testing

  • Experience with
    flutter_test
    ,
    integration_test
    , and mocking tools.
  • Background in
    test-driven development (TDD)
    .

DevOps & Tools

  • Experience setting up and maintaining
    Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines
    .
  • Knowledge of
    shell scripting
    for automation.
  • Version control using
    Git
    and monorepo management with
    Melos
    .

Nice to Have

  • Experience with
    Firebase
    (Analytics, Crashlytics, Remote Config).
  • Payment gateway integration experience.
  • Familiarity with
    localization/internationalization (i18n)

  • Experience deploying
    Flutter for Web
