We're partnering with a respected construction group in the Southern Lakes region that's looking to welcome an experienced Quantity Surveyor into their high-performing Queenstown team. If you're passionate about commercial construction, enjoy collaborating closely with project teams, and want to contribute meaningfully to high-quality builds, this role is an exciting next step.

About the Role

In this position, you'll take ownership of project budgets, procurement, cost reporting, and financial control across a varied portfolio of commercial projects. You'll work in support of Project Managers, site teams, clients, and trade partners—keeping communication open, guiding commercial decisions, and ensuring financial clarity throughout the entire project lifecycle.

About you

You will bring:

• 5+ years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the NZ construction industry

• Solid exposure to commercial construction, ideally on large or complex builds

• Strong written and verbal communication

• Confident negotiation ability and solid commercial judgement

• Experience managing multiple projects at once

• South Island or Southern Lakes experience (preferred but not essential)
