**Service Manager - Audi**

Short Description: You will be managing 28 direct reports for our Audi dealership in Newmarket. These direct reports consists of Service Advisers, Workshop Controller, Forman, Technicians and Groomers.

Displayed Salary: Salary Package + Monthly Commission + Vehicle

A rewarding opportunity has arisen for a high achieving Service Manager. We are looking for a natural leader who is up-beat, forward-thinking, and consistently works towards the objectives of our service department. You must be an exceptional organiser, planner, and facilitator with sound financial acumen. You will also be passionate and have natural leadership skills and a high level of emotional intelligence to be able to understand and communicate with stakeholders at all levels. Have a proven track record dealing with the service side of the business including staff management. Excellent decision making and prioritising skills are essential.

Reporting to the Dealership Principal and Group Aftersales Manager, you will be responsible for managing the requirements of Audi's aftersales operations. You will also be responsible for the following, but not limited to:

- Responsible for the level of service provided by the department and work procedures, including effective quality control measures to ensure rework is kept to a minimum.
- Manage implementation and compliance of Audi Aftersales Policies and Procedures.
- To develop Service Department Plans and budgets to achieve agreed financial, marketing, and sales targets.
- Assessing market potential to produce revenue forecasts.
- Developing operating expense, capital budget and profit improvement targets.
- Build and strengthen collaborative relationships within the management team and with Audi NZ and European Motors Distribution NZ.
