Kia ora We're looking for a new Customer Service Consultant - Consumer to join our awesome Customer Services team based in Newmarket.

Our Customer Services team delivers the best Customer experience to our Consumer clients. Working closely within a team of Customer Service Consultants in the Consumer department, you'll provide excellent service to both internal and external customers.

With a positive, collaborative mindset, keys to your success will include:

  • Customer service experience

  • Great communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Exceptional time management skills
