**_What we need:_**
- Based in our Auckland Support Office, we are looking for permanent part time, customer savvy Call Centre Agents to answer all phone and live-chat bookings and enquires and communicate with our events specialists regarding relevant enquiries._

**_Key Responsibilities:_**
- _Answering high-volume inbound guests enquiries and bookings, ensuring a high level of guests service is upheld_
- _Up selling of Timezone, Zone Bowling and Kingpin packages and products that will appeal to our guests_

**_To be successful you will need to have:_**
- _Experience in a guests service/contact centre/sales environment_
- _A vibrant personality that can engage & have fun with our guests_
- _Must be flexible to work weekends, evenings and public holidays when required_
- _Excellent written and oral communication_
