We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our B2B and B2C sales strategies, drive expansion into new markets, and build high-performing sales processes aligned with global best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans targeting multi-channel growth (online/offline, domestic/international).
  • Manage key supplier relationships across Asia-Pacific, Middle East, and Europe to ensure product availability, margin control, and market fit.
  • Oversee high-value contract negotiations and cross-border compliance in logistics and pricing frameworks.
  • Collaborate with digital marketing, operations, and finance to integrate omnichannel customer acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activities in both local and international markets, and adjust tactics accordingly.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum 1 years of sales experience.
  • Proven experience managing international supplier relationships and cross-border logistics.
  • Strong understanding of global retail trends, pricing dynamics, and trade regulations, particularly across Asia-Pacific.
  • Exceptional communication skills with fluency in English; proficiency in a second language (e.g., Mandarin, Hindi, or Arabic) is highly advantageous.

Pay: $27.00 – $33.00 per hour
