Your new role?

This full-time role is suited to someone who has experienced financial accounting in a CA environment and wants to work in a firm that values them and allows the scope to work autonomously. Sure, you will be preparing annual accounts, completing periodic and annual tax returns, budgeting, and cash flow forecasting, all the good stuff But you control your day. Here, you will work amongst our highly experienced team, with the crew both in the office and offshore who just get it done.

You won't find yourself bogged down by a strict structure, instead you will benefit from an open collaborative team culture. that sees you working with your own portfolio of clients, adding value to their business, our team and our practice.

What you'll get?

You value flexibility and trust, you don't need to be micro-managed, you have experience, you just want the scope to be able to use it. If you want to go and watch the school cross country, chase a blue bird ski day, or bail early because the surf is good? No problem.

At this stage of your career, you are more than capable of managing your own workload and servicing your clients. No two days are the same, you will be working face to face with business owners, creating enduring value and building relationships.
