They are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced BAS Manager/Senior Manager to join their dynamic team. As a BAS Manager/Senior Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the Business Advisory Services (BAS) department.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide strategic leadership, drive business growth, and deliver exceptional client service. You will collaborate closely with partners, managers, and a talented team of professionals to deliver comprehensive BAS solutions to their clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage the BAS department, ensuring effective delivery of services and achievement of departmental goals and targets.
- Provide strategic guidance and thought leadership in developing and implementing BAS strategies, ensuring alignment with the firm's overall objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and understanding their unique business needs.
- Oversee the delivery of high-quality BAS engagements, including financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of excellence, growth, and professional development.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices, and incorporate them into service offerings and client engagements.
- Collaborate with other departments promoting cross-functional teamwork and maximizing client value.
- Contribute to business development activities, including identifying opportunities, preparing proposals, and participating in client presentations.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- CA or CPA qualification is highly desirable.
- Extensive experience in business advisory services, with a focus on financial analysis, strategic planning, and risk management.
- Proven track record in managing and leading teams, with excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to understand and analyze complex financial information.
- In-depth knowledge of accounting standards, regulations, and financial reporting requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and provide exceptional client service.
- Proficient in using financial software and tools for analysis, reporting, and forecasting.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and deliver innovative solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and colleagues at all levels.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to delivering quality work.
