Chubb, a trusted name in protecting people, property, and assets worldwide, is seeking a motivated and customer-focused professional to join our team. This is not your typical administration role — it's an opportunity to make a real difference in the community by ensuring buildings remain safe, compliant, and ready for occupation.
In this role, you will:
• Ensure buildings meet Building Regulation requirements and maintain compliance with the Building Warrant of Fitness (BWOF).
• Liaise directly with facilities companies, councils, property managers, and building owners.
• Coordinate the operational work of field technicians.
• Issue BWOF certificates and provide progress reports to the Key Account Manager

• Strong time management and self-organization abilities.
• High personal and professional standards, including business ethics and Environmental, Health & Safety awareness.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
