We're building a strong team for a large residential development kicking off in the new year. With long-term stability, good conditions, and a supportive crew, this is a great opportunity to lock in reliable work across 2025 and beyond. We're looking for a Site Manager, Electrician and an Apprentice.

Site Manager

Pay: $40-$48 per hour + vehicle, laptop, phone Mix: 60% on the tools, 40% planning/admin

Role overview:

  • Lead day-to-day site operations
  • Coordinate trades, materials, and workflow
  • Work alongside the electrician, apprentice, and wider team
  • Maintain site safety, quality, and timelines
  • Read plans and ensure work is delivered to specification

What you'll bring:

  • Strong residential experience
  • Ability to lead from the front
  • Practical problem-solving and solid communication

Electrician

Pay: $34-$42 per hour (experience dependent)

Role overview:

  • Electrical installation across a new residential build
  • Work closely with the Site Manager
  • Support and guide the apprentice
  • Complete installs to regulatory standards
  • Read plans and contribute to overall site progress

What you'll bring:

  • NZ Electrical Registration & practising licence
  • Strong work ethic and good communication
  • Ability to work independently and as part of the team

Electrical Apprentice / TA

Pay: National average based on year of study

Role overview:

  • Assist with cabling, installations, fix-offs, and general site tasks
  • Learn on the job from experienced tradespeople
  • Maintain a tidy and safe work area
  • Grow your skills in a supportive environment

What you'll bring:

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Reliability and good communication
  • Some onsite experience ideal, not essential
