Reporting to our Workshop Manager who loves to teach and share knowledge, you will be fully supported to succeed. Hard work is recognised and you will be building yourself a career and not just do a job.

- Mechanical aptitude with the skills to match
- Practical experience operating industrial equipment and plant (desired)
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexible, resilient and willing to learn and engage in the Apprenticeship programme
- High attention to detail
- Physically fit and committed to a safety-first culture
