Mutual Credit Finance Limited (MCF) is a Christchurch based boutique licenced Non-bank Deposit Taker focused on property and commercial lending. We deliver tailored finance solutions to our borrowers across a range of industries and businesses including property development and investment loans. We are seeking a Financial Analyst to support the growth of our business through high-quality analysis, loan preparation, and portfolio support. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, this role is pivotal in helping deliver tailored commercial lending solutions to their clients.

About the Role

You'll work closely with the CEO and Business Development Managers to:

  • Prepare and analyse financial and property information for commercial loan proposals.
  • Assist with documentation, compliance, and administration across loan facilities.
  • Monitor loan portfolios and ensure facilities remain compliant with credit policies.
  • Contribute to business growth through providing financial insight and operational support.

This is a diverse role that combines analytical depth with exposure to deal structuring, property finance, and relationship management.
