About the role
The Nurse Practitioner will provide advanced clinical care and leadership within a kaupapa Māori framework, ensuring that services are delivered in a manner that embraces Te Ao Māori values and beliefs. This role will work collaboratively with the General Manager Hauora (Health) and other Hauora Team Leaders to ensure the effective delivery of health services that meet the needs of whānau. The Nurse Practitioner is in an expert nursing role that promotes health, assesses, diagnoses and manages whānau hauora needs.
