Is this your next role?
You'll lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of our Regulatory and Compliance Project. This role ensures the bank meets all regulatory requirements and proactively manages regulatory change, including Fraud Commitments, Privacy Act, Deposit Takers Act, RBNZ Loan Level Data, CCCFA, AML, and Prudential Standards.

As Project Manager, you'll drive governance, manage risks, and collaborate across business, legal, technology, and vendor partners to deliver outcomes on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

You're an experienced Project Manager with a track record of delivering complex compliance or transformation projects. You're a strong leader, highly organised, and skilled at building relationships with stakeholders to keep everything on track.

You'll Bring

  • Strong experience in governance, planning, financial management, and risk control.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead multiple delivery squads or workstreams concurrently.
  • Experience working with vendors and large-scale technology platforms
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with ability to influence at executive level.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery methods, while able to manage hybrid delivery models (agile + waterfall governance).
  • Strong understanding of customer engagement, lending, and servicing operations desirable.
