Willow Tree is a fast-growing food processing company dedicated to delivering high-quality, fresh products. We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Production Supervisor to lead and support our production team. This role is perfect for someone with strong leadership skills and a background in food manufacturing who enjoys being actively involved in day-to-day operations.

As a Production Supervisor, you will:

  • Supervise, motivate, and support a team of 4–8 production staff on a daily basis.
  • Allocate tasks, manage workflow, and ensure team members clearly understand their responsibilities.
  • Lead by example with a hands-on approach, supporting the team during busy or challenging periods.
  • Provide coaching, training, and guidance to build skills and maintain high performance.
  • Ensure that all processes are carried out accurately and efficiently focused on quality control checks.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, HACCP, GMP, and SOPs at all times.
  • Monitor and manage waste, yield, and efficiency targets.
  • Respond quickly to errors, deviations, or potential quality risks.
  • Communicate effectively with the team, management, and other departments.
  • Hold regular team briefings to align priorities and targets.
  • Complete reports on production performance, downtime, and team issues.
  • Promote a strong safety culture by enforcing safe work practices.

We are looking for someone with:

  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong knowledge of food manufacturing processes and compliance requirements.
  • Previous experience in food production leadership.
  • Experience in fresh food, batching, or mixing environments (advantageous).
  • Basic computer skills (reporting, scheduling, email).

*Night shift will start in December, so you need to be able to work on the day shift (7am-5pm) until there.
