Are you interested in driving a tractor? We are looking for a motivated person to become part of our dynamic team. While prior tractor operating experience is a plus, we will offer on-the-job training to the right person who is motivated and has the right attitude.
As a part of our team, you will have the opportunity to showcase your skills by manoeuvring through our orchard safely distributing both empty and full apple bins with finesse.
What do we require from you?
- A valid driver's license (minimum Learner License) is a must
- Own reliable transport preferred but possible transport options available
- Be reliable, punctual, and capable of working independently
- Experience in tractor driving is an advantage, but not essential.
- Demonstrate the ability to manoeuvre equipment safely
- Display strong communication skills
- Be flexible to work long hours
- To follow instructions, and report equipment issues
