We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Workshop Fitter / Technician to join our team in Hornby, Christchurch.

Some experience with fitment of vehicle accessories or experience with vehicle electrics would be an advantage however full on the job training is available to the right candidate.

Duties and responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with the fitting of 4wd accessories to customer vehicles. This will be assisting the workshop manager and requires a high level of precision and tidy workmanship. Ensuring customer vehicles are presented in a tidy manner and that accurate fitment occurs to meet the customer requirements is essential.
• Fitment of a wide range of automotive accessories including Bull bars, winches, roof racks, suspension, snorkels, lights and tents.
• Wiring up of electrical components including winches, lights, dual battery systems and solar units.
• Completing paperwork to ensure accurate billing and time allocation to jobs.
• Assisting with any other fitment requirements in the workshop including tyres.
• Keeping the workshop in a clean and tidy state.
