About the Role

Looking for your next big opportunity? We've got an exciting Project Coordinator role just for you In this position, you'll get to coordinate the work schedules, key operations and processes for the contract team to maximise the functional and efficient operation of the contract, making a real impact.

•  
•    Support contract delivery through effective administration, planning, and coordination with Project Managers, Design, Technical teams, customers, and subcontractors.

•    Assist Contract Manager and supervisors with day-to-day contract management, compliance, and development/review of contract management plans and procedures.

•    Coordinate work schedules, monitor productivity, track KPIs, and prepare reports, presentations, agendas, and documentation.

•    Manage procurement, purchasing, logistics, and control contract documentation, quality assurance, and financial matters including job variations and labour targets.

•    Oversee site inductions, compliance with safety, environmental and quality procedures, and manage contract risks/issues, escalating as needed.

•    Maintain governance documentation, workflows, and ensure alignment with client and company requirements.

Qualifications and Skills

•     Strong decision-making in uncertain contexts, solid computer and scheduling software skills, and capable report writing.

•    Thorough understanding of regulatory and industry requirements.

•    Some accounting Knowledge would be advantageous

•    Proven Customer Relations Experience
