Avanti Finance is on a
growth mission to lead and inspire our industry through innovation and
exceptional financial services. We're looking for a Workplace Experience

environment that drives collaboration, efficiency, and performance.

This is a brand-new
role at Avanti and an opportunity to make your mark. We're moving to a
state-of-the-art building in Auckland's most innovative precinct in early 2026.
You'll start with a blank canvas and design how our workplace operates,
ensuring it's fit for purpose and aligned with our strategic priorities. From
shaping the physical environment to embedding processes that support business
continuity and growth, this is a chance for real ownership and impact.

This is a full-time, in-office role. You'll
be based onsite every day, with the flexibility to support after-hours events
and business needs as required.

What you'll do:

  • Develop
and implement workplace strategies that align with Avanti's business objectives
    and future growth plans
  • Lead the
transition to our new building, creating workflows and standards that enable
    collaboration and operational excellence
  • Design
frameworks for workplace operations and ensure compliance with health, safety,
    and risk requirements
  • Partner
with senior leaders and business units to ensure the workplace supports
    productivity, engagement, and organisational priorities
  • Oversee
facilities management, vendor relationships, and service delivery with a focus
    on efficiency and risk mitigation
  • Prepare
and present operational reports and analytics, including space utilisation and
    cost efficiency
  • Monitor
and report on workplace KPIs, providing insights that inform leadership
    decisions and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Drive
health, safety, and wellbeing programs in partnership with Risk and People
    & Culture teams
  • Support
strategic projects such as technology upgrades, space planning, and
    organisational change initiatives
  • Lead
continuous improvement initiatives to optimise processes and enhance the
    employee experience
  • Build
strong relationships across all business functions, acting as a trusted advisor
    for workplace solutions
  • Coordinate
high-level events and executive meetings, ensuring alignment with brand and
    strategic objectives
  • Be
available to flex your hours to support after-hours events and business needs

What you'll bring:

  • At least two years' experience in office
    coordination or a similar role
  • Strong organisational and time-management
    skills
  • Ability to analyse data and provide
    actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder
    management skills
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work autonomously and
    collaboratively
  • A love for solving problems and making
    things better every day
  • Energy, curiosity, and a sense of fun—you
enjoy connecting with people and building a positive workplace culture
